We had multiple unexpected hardships during escrow, from banks being weird about rural properties to difficult selling agents, property access and appraisal issues. I can honestly say that without David we would have had to back out of our dream property more than once. He went above and beyond to get us into the house we wanted, was never pushy and went to bat for us on several occasions. Highly recommended!
